We want to welcome everyone to Skyorca 2009.  We will explore together Doctrine & Covenants 163; counsel given to the church at our World Conference in 2007, by our president Stephen Veazey.  The girls will be empowered to make a difference in the world by living out the gospel of Jesus Christ.  There will be a baptism service Monday evening & Outreach International Pig Roast (piggy banks), Peace Walk & Plant a Tree on Tuesday, Candle Light service, Agape Meal on Thursday, and worship Friday evening with the families.  These activities will enrich your child's understanding of what it means to be a faithful generous disciple; responding to God's call to share their gifts and resources while extending his amazing grace to all his children.  ~Tawnya & Brenda

Reminders:

*Check-In Sunday 5:00-7:00 due to the Holiday weekend.

*Depart Saturday 10:00am

*Bring your piggy banks from last year.  Every penny will help children in our world. If you did not attend camp last year you may bring your offering to camp.
*You need a white T-shirt for the baptism service.
*Bring your New Testament
*Each Cabin will participate in theme class as a country as well as direct a campfire, so bring some ideas and skits!
*Talent Show on Thursday!

Camp is $200 per person. The cost is $120 for those staying 1/2 week.

*Family Day Friday 2:00-? Cost $15.00 per person (Overnight stay optional.)

*Pack bedding, toiletries, swim suit, shoes for hiking and playing, clothing for all week, towels/wash clothes and jacket.
